While many things in this industry have changed in the 15 years since I was a summer intern in this very office, the position I find myself in today is testament to the incredible opportunity the Greenhill platform provides junior team members to fulfil their potential in an extremely competitive industry. I benefited enormously from the responsibility that was entrusted in me as an Analyst, both in terms of producing technical analyses and working directly with senior bankers, but also in terms of direct client exposure literally months after completing training – and the scope and depth of that entrusted responsibility simply grows and grows as you become more senior.
